Carnevalli also builds dedicated extrusion lines to meet specific applications such as:

Lines for agricultural film:
dedicated machines to produce particular films for green houses, mulch, silage, geomembrane and many others.
Typically these are huge 3-layer extrusion lines with high output capacity and capable to produce very wide and thick films,
fitted with up to 5000mm (take-off units, deep gusseting and C-type and/or W-type 8 times folding systems. Heavy-duty
automatic winders and/or shaftless Jumbo winders are available.

Câmara de resfriamento para linha FFS

Lines for FFS systems:
Lines to produce film for heavy-Duty bags, for animal and pet food, chemical products, plastic resin pellets, transportation bags and film destined to FFS systems (Form & Fill, Seal film) such as stand-up pouches and other applications.
Usually these are 3-layer lines, fitted with special bubble cooling chambers and special cooling system for the collapsing frame and nip rollers. These lines may be also be fitted with special gusseting devices and in-line embossing systems.
