The cooling towers may be fitted either with a stationary or oscillating take-off unit .The tower frames are rigid and feature operational floor levels built under strict safety standards .The oscillating units, standard feature of most of co extrusion lines, solve most of problems related to environment conditions in extrusion of poly olephinic films.
Excellent flatness and overall reel geometry, among other quality characteristics are achieved due to accurate design and manufacture of all the parts of the systems. The related collapsing frames are built with a variety of different materials to meet particular film applications, with reliable versions with aluminum rollers, special wooden slats and other materials.
The system is also fitted with a powered bubble calibration basket for height and diameter adjustments.
