Compact lay-out of extruders assembly (3, 5 and 7- layer versions) for space saving and bigger free working around area ;
Variable speed AC motors with frequency inverters;
Direct motor coupling to the gearbox and extruders with no belts;
State of art option with direct drive (without gearbox ) by High Torque motors, for energy saving and low noise;
Machine heating by ceramic heating bands and digital temperature controllers;
Forced feed section with hardened grooved sleeve for low process friction and perfect process temperature control assuring steady output, higher production rates and longer screw/ barrel working life;
Gas- nitrided or bimetallic screws and barrels with a choice of surface coatings to meet specific requirements;
