Double ring cooler systems
Double air ring cooling technology is a brand-new and state of art concept, and the result of extensive research aiming the increase of the cooling capacity of blown film lines. It has been achieved with clever developments of inner geometries of the cooling ring, redesigned lips shape to allow higher air volumes and speeds at the cooling interface, plus improvements of the aerodynamic flow path between the blower, manifold and cooling ring.
