Carnevalli double-lip air rings, hurricane type, are designed with help of aerodynamic technology aiming to
improve cooling of external bubble surfaces for better film quality.
These air rings are manufactured from cast aluminum blanks and accurately machined in high precision CNC machining centers for perfect fit and easy adjustment to different blow-ratios with highest cooling efficiency.
Carnevalli also offers air rings systems of state of art technology, such as the DOUBLE AIR RING SYSTEM, for improved mechanical properties and high output increases up to 40% over conventional systems, duly integrated with automatic gauge measurement and control, reducing basic tolerances up to 50 % em relation to basic tolerances.
